Roy Safaris Ltd.,
registered in 1989, started off with 1 vehicle and 2 employees
progressing slowly but steadily to its current fleet of 24 vehicles
and over 45 employees. We have chosen not to grow any larger
as we fully understand the importance of maintaining 'personalised'
service.
Our office, situated along Serengeti road in Arusha, is efficient.
Our sales staff who are friendly, helpful & polite, conduct
very thorough "pre-departure" briefings and are always
there to meet clients on return from their safari/trek.
Apart from undergoing formal training in Nature & Wildlife
management, our guides also undergo in-house training aimed
at enhancing their communication skills and teamwork.
How do we monitor our services? - one may wonder...
We provide tour-assessment cards for each client which gives
us a thorough feedback on how our services rank and how best
to improve them.
So you see, we intend showing Tanzania, the way it is meant
to be seen - with excellence!! |

participate in internationally recognised exhibitions such as WTM (London), ITB (Berlin),
ATM (Orlando, Florida). These exhibitions enable us explore business opportunities
as well as learn from the experience of various other firms in a similar field in order to improve the
quality of our services.

FLEET
|
Roy Safaris Ltd. owns, and operates over twenty-four (24) well maintained 4WD vehicles(LandRover Defenders &
Land Cruisers). All vehicles have been specifically modified to ensure ample leg room, easy wildlife viewing & an all round comfortable experience. Each vehicle has either a pop-up or flip-flop roof top ideal for
game-viewing; a cool box, a pair of binoculars as well as a set of referral books (mammals, birds, plants).
For added convenience, ease of communication, and your security whilst on Safari, all our vehicles are equipped with HF Radios.

Our SPECIALLY BUILT Extended versions of 4WD L/Rovers & L/Cruisers: Guarantee 7-window seats.
